General presentation

Qualis is a group of industrial equity holdings formed through the association between Emmanuel Coste and Hervé de Galbert in 1993, who were joined by Robert Léon in 1994. Qualis adopted its current legal form in 1996.

The company has been built up gradually through acquisitions and the organic development of businesses in a diverse range of industries, ie finance and real estate, equipment and services, technology. 

Qualis aim at building companies that are genuine leaders in their respective fields. As an industrial and financial partner, Qualis offers support and practical business experience and provides companies with the resources they need to realise their development plans. Qualis helps its companies to define and implement ambitiouse stratégies as part of long-term partnerships with their management.

At end-2006, Qualis’ NAV was €232.1 million.

In 2008, companies controlled solely or jointly by Qualis generated sales of € 900 million and operating profit of €26 million..
